The ideal time to service

Autumn servicing gets your system ready for winter heating and well ahead of next summer, with more appointment times available.

September to November

Evaporative and pre-summer

Evaporative coolers are best serviced in spring, before the heat. Last call for refrigerated systems before summer.

December to February

Peak breakdown season

Systems run flat out for hours on end. If yours stops, we're on call 24/7, but booking a service earlier is the best way to avoid it.

What our customers say

Looked after, year after year

5-star rated on Google★★★★★
★★★★★"Moved into our new home a year ago and Dan from Total Air came out to service our air conditioning unit. He was very genuine and took the time to go over things thoroughly. He came out and serviced our unit again 12 months on. Thanks so much Dan and the team at Total Air for your professionalism and great service."

Maintenance questions

Can’t see your question? Talk to a technician, not a call centre.

What's the difference between a service and a repair?

A service is planned maintenance: cleaning, testing and checking a working system so it stays efficient and reliable. A repair fixes a fault, like a system that won’t cool, is leaking or is showing an error code. If we find a fault during a service, we’ll explain it and quote before doing any extra work.

At least once a year. The ideal time is autumn, before winter heating and well before Perth’s summer heat puts your system under full load. Evaporative coolers are best serviced in spring, before summer.

Yes, our technicians are available 24/7 for emergency callouts. If your system is completely down or there’s a safety concern, call us and we’ll prioritise you.

The whole Perth metro area, from Yanchep in the north to Rockingham and Mandurah in the south, and inland to Midland and Darlington.

Yes. Most manufacturers require proof of regular professional servicing to honour warranty claims. An annual service with Total Air gives you that documentation.
